Beeswax Collage Class

Dear Diary,

These are two pieces I made Saturday in Mike and Leslie's Beeswax Silhouette Class. It was a lot of fun! I was excited to finally meet Leslie. Mike talks about her all the time so it was great to get to meet her. She has a precious personality and laughs allot so it made class fun.

I especially enjoyed this class because:

#1 It was at Mystic Paper
#2 Mike showed us some new techniques
#3 He brought so many wonderful silhouettes for us to chose from
#4 We completed 3 projects
#5 There was a good mix of people there
#6 I won the $65.00 gift card drawing!

I had planned to give these as Christmas presents but I don't think I can part with them!

These are beautiful! The chandelier one is my favorite. :)

I've been wanting to learn how to use beeswax in my work, but the closest I've come I think, is using String Gel. Someday I will try it though!

Hi Lisa,
I found my handwriting analysis from the Fair. It says I tend to worry over imaginary problems, I tend to trust the wrong people, I exaggerate, am impatient, am sometimes too critical. I think that was the last time I did my handwriting analysis because that was too depressing. Maybe I need to change my signature... Es

Esther,

Maybe that handwriting analysis machine needed calibrating!

Did it say anything positive? How much did you have to pay for those insults?

Ha! I think I paid a few $ for the insults. Could have saved my $ and spent more time with my brother. On the bottom of the page they have a pre-printed message - "Thank you! Have a Great Day - See you next Year!" They should add - Sucker! HaHa!

Hey Slacker! You had a long weekend to do some artwork - what's the hold up?
